Refund & Returns Policy

At GlamHubPK, customer satisfaction is important to us. As we sell personal care and cosmetic products, hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.
By placing an order with GlamHubPK, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of herbal haircare and skincare products, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product
- You received the wrong item
- The product arrived leaking or defective
- The item was missing from your order
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used hair oils
- Opened shampoos or conditioners
- Opened natural soaps
- Products damaged due to misuse
- Products purchased during clearance or sale (unless damaged)
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Condition of Returned Products
To qualify for a return:
- Product must be unused
- Product must be in original packaging
- Seal must remain intact
- Proof of purchase is required
We may request photos or video evidence before approving the return.
4. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

- Include your order number
- Attach clear photos of the product and packaging
- Explain the issue
Our team will respond within 1–3 business days.
Do not ship the product back without approval.
5. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and inspected:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund may be processed via bank transfer or digital wallet
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement Policy
In eligible cases, we may offer:
- A replacement product (subject to availability)
OR - A full refund
Replacement requests follow the same 48-hour reporting rule.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- Allow additional processing time

8. Allergic Reactions & Sensitivity
As our products are made with natural herbal ingredients:
- Individual results may vary
- Customers should perform a patch test before use
- We are not responsible for allergic reactions or personal sensitivities
Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction based on personal results.
9. Refused COD Orders
If a Cash on Delivery order is refused without valid reason:
- Future COD orders may be restricted
- Repeated refusals may lead to account blocking
10. Shipping Return Costs
If the return is due to:
- Our mistake (wrong/damaged item) → We cover return shipping
- Customer preference or error → Customer bears return shipping cost
