  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • During sales or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Before dispatch, every order goes through:

  • Final verification
  • Handover to our courier partner

2. Shipping Coverage

We ship nationwide through trusted courier partners, covering major cities and most remote areas.

🌍 International Shipping (If Available)

We may offer international shipping to selected countries. Delivery times and charges vary depending on destination and customs regulations.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Pakistan Orders

  • Major Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

International Orders

  • Estimated Delivery: 7–15 business days
    (Customs clearance may cause additional delays.)

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on:

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pakistan

GlamHubPK offers Cash on Delivery in eligible areas across Pakistan.

  • Please ensure availability to receive the package.
  • Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in order restrictions.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive:

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If a package is returned due to:

  • Recipient unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

8. Damaged or Leaking Products

As we sell herbal oils, shampoos, conditioners, and soaps, packaging safety is a priority.

If your package arrives:

  • Opened or tampered

Please:

  1. Take clear photos immediately.
  2. Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Email us with order details and evidence.

Failure to report within 48 hours may result in claim rejection.

For international orders:

If you order multiple products (e.g., hair oil + shampoo + soap), items may occasionally ship separately due to stock availability or packaging requirements.

You will not be charged additional shipping unless clearly stated.
