1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

To request cancellation:

  • Provide your order number and registered contact details

If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund (if prepaid).

2. Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible
  • You must follow our Refund & Returns Policy after receiving the product

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once the order is dispatched.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders:

  • Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address
  • If you wish to cancel, inform us before dispatch

Repeated refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of COD service
  • Permanent restriction of future orders

4. Cancellation by GlamHubPK

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Payment verification failure
  • Incorrect pricing or technical error
  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Incomplete customer information

If we cancel your prepaid order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Refund Timeline for Canceled Orders

If cancellation is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method
  • For COD orders (if prepaid partially), refund will be processed via bank transfer or digital wallet

Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Modification of Orders

If you need to:

  • Change delivery address
  • Update contact number
  • Modify product quantity

Contact us immediately after placing your order.

Changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.

7. Important Notes

  • Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
