At Elxmart, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel your purchase.

By placing an order with Elxmart, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped.

To request cancellation:

  1. Contact us immediately at elxmart@gmail.com
  2. Provide your:
    • Order number
    • Full name
    • Reason for cancellation

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has been shipped:

  • Cancellation is no longer possible.
  • You must follow our Refund & Return Policy after receiving the product.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the cancellation is due to our error.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders – Pakistan

For COD orders within Pakistan:

  • Orders may be canceled before dispatch.
  • Repeated cancellation or refusal of COD orders without valid reason may result in:
    • Account suspension
    • Restriction from future COD orders
    • Blacklisting from future purchases

Elxmart reserves the right to verify orders via phone before dispatch.

4. Automatic Order Cancellation by Elxmart

We reserve the right to cancel an order if:

  • Payment authorization fails
  • Product becomes out of stock
  • Pricing or listing error occurs
  • Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
  • Customer provides incomplete or incorrect information

If we cancel your order, you will be notified and refunded (if payment was completed).

5. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method
  • For COD orders, refunds may be processed via:
    • Bank transfer
    • Store credit

Bank processing times may vary.

6. Partial Cancellation

If your order contains multiple products:

  • You may request cancellation of specific items before shipment
  • Partial refunds will be issued for canceled items only

If items are already shipped separately, cancellation is not possible for dispatched products.

7. Customized or Special Orders

Orders that include:

  • Customized products
  • Special-order items
  • Limited edition items
  • Clearance or final sale items

May not be eligible for cancellation once confirmed.

8. Promotional & Discount Orders

If you cancel an order that was purchased using:

  • Discount codes
  • Bundle offers
  • Limited-time promotions

The refund amount will reflect the actual amount paid after discounts.

9. Force Majeure

Elxmart shall not be liable for failure to process cancellation requests due to:

  • Technical errors
  • Internet outages
  • System downtime
  • Events beyond our control
