Exchange Policy
At GlamHubPK, we aim to ensure every customer receives products in perfect condition. Our Exchange Policy allows replacements in case of damaged or defective items.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
Exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery
- Issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the order
- Item is unused and in original packaging
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges for:
- Opened or used skincare and haircare products
- Products with tampered or broken seals (not caused during delivery)
- Items reported after the allowed timeframe
3. Proof Requirement
To process an exchange request, customers must provide:
- Clear images and/or unboxing video showing the issue
- Order ID or proof of purchase
Requests without valid proof may not be approved.
4. Exchange Process
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery
- Submit required proof (images/video + order details)
- Our team will review and approve the request
- The defective product may be picked up or returned (depending on location)
- A replacement product will be shipped after approval
5. Exchange Delivery Time
- Replacement processing: 2–3 business days
- Delivery of replacement: 3–5 business days (Pakistan)
6. Shipping Charges for Exchange
- Free Exchange: If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Customer may bear shipping costs if the issue does not meet exchange criteria
7. Important Notes
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the product is out of stock, a refund or alternative may be offered
- GlamHubPK reserves the right to decline exchange requests that do not meet policy conditions
