Welcome to GlamHubPK. We specialize in herbal and natural haircare and skincare products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we maintain a careful and transparent return policy to protect all our valued customers.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

The product is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery
Because our products are herbal and chemical-free formulations, once opened, they cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
2. Non-Returnable Products
For health, hygiene, and quality control purposes, the following items cannot be returned:

Used natural skincare soaps

Products with broken safety seals

Items purchased during sale or promotional campaigns
3. Damaged, Leaking, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Share clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.

Our support team will review your case within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will:

Send a replacement at no extra cost, OR

Issue a full refund to your original payment method
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved and received:

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued through the original payment method

Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be transferred via bank transfer or approved digital payment
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
5. Product Sensitivity & Allergies
Our products are made with natural herbal ingredients. Individual reactions may vary depending on skin or scalp type.
We strongly recommend:
