Refund and Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Time Frame:
Returns/refunds must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Condition:
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with tags intact.
Damaged/defective items or incorrect orders are eligible for immediate replacement.
Proof Required:
Valid invoice or order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Opened or used makeup/skincare products (e.g., lipsticks, foundations, creams).
Personalized/customized items.
Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”).
3. How to Initiate a Return

Provide order number, product details, and reason for return.
Approval:
Our team will review and send a return authorization within 24 hours.
Return Shipment:
Ship the product to our Lahore warehouse (address provided).
Free pickup available in major cities (Lahore).
4. Refund Process
Timing:
Refunds processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item.
Method:
Original payment mode (credit card, JazzCash, etc.) or GlamHubPK wallet credit.
Exceptions:
Cash-on-delivery (COD) orders refunded via bank transfer or wallet.
5. Replacements for Defective/Incorrect Items
Free replacement shipped within 24 hours of approval.
No return required for defective items (subject to photo verification).
6. Return Shipping Costs
Free returns for damaged/incorrect items.
Customer responsibility for return shipping in case of change-of-mind returns.
7. Exchanges
Product exchanges (e.g., wrong shade) are subject to availability.
