ποΈ 1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
The return request is made within 3 days of receiving your order.
β οΈ Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, used beauty, skincare, and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Soaps, shampoos, serums, or skincare items with broken seals
Free gifts, promotional items, or discounted bundles
Products damaged due to customer mishandling
π° 3. Refund & Replacement Process
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at glamhubpk14@gmail.comΒ with:
Your order number
Photos or video proof of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will:
Offer a replacement (preferred option), or
Provide a full refund to your original payment method or wallet credit.
Refunds are usually processed within 5β7 business days after approval.
π 4. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a fault from our side (wrong or damaged item), GlamHubPK will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to customer preference (change of mind, wrong selection, etc.), the customer will bear shipping costs both ways.
π 5. Exchange Policy
You can request an exchange for a similar or equal-value product within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and sealed.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, apply for a return or exchange after receiving it.
