At GlamHubPK, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.
• The return request must be initiated through our support channel with proof of purchase.

2. Eligible Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Product must be sealed and not tampered with
• Item must be in the same condition as delivered
• Proof of purchase (order ID or receipt) is required

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used skincare and haircare products
• Items with broken seals or damaged packaging (not caused during delivery)
• Products purchased on sale or clearance (if specified as non-returnable)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear images/videos as proof
• After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund

5. Refund Method

Once your return is approved:

• Refunds are issued via:
  • Bank Transfer
  • Mobile Wallet (JazzCash / Easypaisa)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded through bank or wallet only (no cash refunds).

6. Refund Processing Time

• Return inspection: 2–3 business days after receiving the item
• Refund processing: 5–7 business days after approval

7. Return Shipping

• Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• In such cases, GlamHubPK will cover the shipping charges

8. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch only
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and will fall under the return policy
