This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping, delivery timelines, international orders, tracking, and customer responsibilities. 1. General Information

  1. All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of order, we will notify you immediately and process a refund or replacement according to your preference.
  2. Orders are shipped 7 days a week, excluding public holidays and unavoidable circumstances (strikes, natural disasters, etc.).

2. Shipping Coverage

  1. Domestic Shipping (Pakistan): We deliver to all major cities and remote regions, including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Quetta, Multan, Faisalabad, Hyderabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, Azad Kashmir, and surrounding areas.
  2. International Shipping: Currently available to UAE, USA, UK, and select other destinations. Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges are the customer’s responsibility.

3. Shipping Charges

  1. Free Shipping: On all domestic orders above PKR 3,000.
  2. Standard Shipping Fee: PKR 300 for orders below PKR 3,000.
  3. International Orders: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on country, weight, and courier rates.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  1. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: 1–3 business days.
  2. Other Cities: 3–7 business days.
  3. Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.
  4. International Orders: 7–21 business days (varies by country and customs clearance).

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

5. Order Processing

  1. Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pakistan Standard Time) are processed the same day.
  2. Orders placed after 3:00 PM are processed the following business day.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is processed.

6. Order Tracking

  1. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email.
  2. Orders can be tracked directly on the courier’s website (e.g., TCS, Leopards, DHL, FedEx, depending on destination).
  3. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.

7. International Shipping Terms

  1. International customers are responsible for any customs, VAT, or import duties imposed by their local authorities.
  2. GlamHubPK is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local import regulations.
  3. If a package is refused due to unpaid duties/taxes, shipping charges will not be refunded.

8. Delayed or Lost Packages

  2. We will initiate an investigation with the courier.
  3. If the package is confirmed lost, a replacement or refund will be offered.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  1. If you receive damaged or wrong products, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures.
  2. We will arrange an exchange, replacement, or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  1. COD is available for domestic orders within Pakistan.
  2. Customers must ensure availability at the delivery address. Refusal of COD packages may result in account suspension.

11. Customer Responsibilities

  1. Provide accurate shipping information (name, phone number, address). GlamHubPK is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  2. Ensure someone is available to receive the order during delivery hours.
  3. Keep your tracking number safe for order updates.

12. Shipping Restrictions

  1. Some items (e.g., liquids, perfumes, aerosols) may not be eligible for international shipping due to airline/courier restrictions.
  2. Restricted items will be mentioned on the product page or during checkout.

13. Multiple Shipments

  1. In cases where products are stored at different warehouses, your order may arrive in multiple packages at no extra cost.

14. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events)

  1. GlamHubPK is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, or government restrictions.
